Court grants RBS stay on Libor document production

The Ontario Superior Court has granted RBS an interim stay on the document production order obtained by the Competition Bureau. The order is to produce documents connected to the Canadian watchdog’s Libor probe. The stay is in effect pending the outcome of RBS’ challenge.
