FSA announces Libor probe

The U.K. Financial Services Authority is the latest regulatory body to announce an investigation into bank manipulation of Libor and trade of Libor derivatives. The FSA is looking into whether bank interest-rate submissions to the British Bankers’ Association reflected the actual cost of borrowing.
