Court upholds Lukoil and Rosneft subsidiaries’ fines for raising fuel prices

The Krasnodar Territory Commercial Court has upheld the Federal Antimonopoly Service’s fines for Lukoil-Yugnefteprodukt and Rosneft-Kubannefteprodukt. The two LUKOIL and Rosneft subsidiaries were fined $612,000 and $271,000, respectively, for raising gasoline and diesel fuel prices in Sochi by 1.5 rubles ($0.05) via concerted action in 2010.
