Judge drops charge against air cargo executive for price-fixing conspiracy

U.S. District Judge Robert Scola has dismissed price-fixing conspiracy charges against former air cargo executive Rodrigo Hidalgo. Hidalgo worked for LAN Cargo, which obtained immunity for its employees in exchange for pleading guilty and paying a $124 million fine with two other cargo companies in 2009.
