CCP issues show cause notices to three medical centers on cartelization charges

The Competition Commission of Pakistan has issued show cause notices to Gulf Corporation Council, Approved Medical Centres Administrative Offices, and GCC Approved Medical Centres in Pakistan for cartelization. The alleged conduct includes distribution of customers between centers, medical fee-fixing, and restricting choice for and imposing unfair terms and conditions on customers.
