    • limiting conglomerates’ market share in certain business fields to 1 percent;
    • setting up regular inspections of transactions between conglomerate branches;
    • triple damages to subcontractor victims of unfair dealings;
    • establishing a class action system for small firms to bring bid-rigging cases.
