Competition Bureau to publish monthly merger reviews

The Competition Bureau has announced that it will begin publishing monthly reports of concluded merger reviews. The reviews, to be published at the start of a new month, will list the previous month’s section 114 pre-merger notifications and requests for an advance ruling certificate under section 102. The first report will cover February 2012.
