The Investigations Division of the National Competition Commission has opened formal proceedings against thirteen Navarra bakeries for possible price-fixing of bread in Navarra. Such actions would constitute violations of article 1 of Spanish Competition Act 15/2007.
The thirteen bakeries are: PanaderiÌas Navarras, S.A; Horno Artesano, S.L.U; Ega Pan, S.A; Arrasate, S.L; Fabripan Yori, S.L; PanaderiÌa Miravalles, S.L; UnioÌn Panadera de la Ribera, S.L; Hornamosopan, S.L; Navarpan, S.L; CompañiÌa Panificadora Sangüesina,S.L; Panificadora Caballero, S.L; Panificadora Baztanesa S.A. and Donezpan,S.L.
