Continuant case against Avaya to move forward

Continuant has announced that its case against Avaya will move forward, as Judge Garrett E. Brown rejected Avaya’s motion to dismiss. Continuant claims that Avaya harmed consumers by denying them the right to choose a service provider for Avaya telecom equipment that they had purchased.
