CPC approves Gazprom subsidiary’s purchase of seven filling stations

The Commission for Protection of Competition in Bulgaria approved a Gazprom subsidiary’s purchase of seven filling stations. The CPC ultimately found that NIS Petrol EOOD, the subsidiary, had too small of a market share to become dominant and distort competition.
