Wilson Sonsini Bolsters Hong Kong Office With New Antitrust Partner

Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati has strengthened its presence in Asia with the appointment of Jocelyn Chow as a partner specializing in national security and antitrust in its Hong Kong office, the firm announced Tuesday. The move reflects the firm’s continued focus on regulatory and cross-border advisory work in the region.

    Chow brings extensive experience in antitrust and trade matters, advising multinational corporations on compliance counseling, internal investigations and government-led enforcement actions. Her work also spans complex regulatory transactions involving antitrust considerations, economic and trade sanctions, export and import controls, and foreign investment regulations, according to Bloomberg.

    Prior to joining Wilson Sonsini, Chow worked at Eversheds Sutherland, where she developed a broad practice across multiple industries. Her client base has included companies in sectors such as defense, life sciences, advanced engineering and technology, aviation, telecommunications, broadcasting and financial services. She has also advised regulators as outside counsel on strategic antitrust reviews and enforcement matters, according to Bloomberg.
