The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) secured concessions from refrigeration company Equipserve Solutions following false claims to consumers that a new carbon tax caused significant price hikes. The company agreed to send a “corrective notice” to customers as part of a “court enforced undertaking” accepted by the ACCC.
