Bulgaria’s Commission for the Protection of Competition has cleared LUKERG Renew’s acquisition of three wind parks: Wind Park Kavarna West, Wind Park Kavarna East and K&S Energy. LUKERG Renew is a joint venture between ERG SpA and OAO Lukoil. The watchdog found that the wind parks’ combined share of installed capacity and power generated in 2010 is “significantly less” than 5 percent.
