Aeroports de Paris’ 38 percent stake in TAV approved by Competition Authority

Turkey’s Competition Authority approved Aéroports de Paris’ (ADP) purchase of a 38 percent stake in Turkish airport operator TAV Havalimanlari Holding. The $874 million deal is ADP’s largest purchase abroad. TAV runs Ataturk Airport in Istanbul, terminals in Georgia, Tunisia, Latvia, and Macedonia, and has plans for an airport in Saudi Arabia.
