Alpha Flight Group-LSG Lufthansa in-flight catering joint venture formally cleared by Competition Commission
Following its provisional decision published in February, the Competition Commission has formally cleared the anticipated joint venture between Alpha Flight Group and LSG Lufthansa Service Holding. The two companies supply in-flight catering to airlines. The Commission found it unlikely that high prices or lower quality would result from the joint venture.
