Anti-dumping duties on Chinese blended textiles lifted

Peru’s competition watchdog, the National Institute for the Defense of Competition and Intellectual Property Protection, has lifted anti-dumping duties imposed on Chinese blended textiles. The Peruvian Anti-Dumping and Subsidies Commission had imposed the duties in 2009. Since then, Peru and China signed a free trade agreement that was effective in 2010, and a review of the duties was ordered by the Commission in March 2012.
