The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine has approved Motor Sich’s acquisition of shares in Orsha Aircraft Overhaul Plant. Motor Sich owns Motor Sich Airlines; the company plans to repair and build Mi-8 helipcopters at Orsha.
