Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck announced that antitrust attorney Allen Grunes will return to the firm as a shareholder in its Corporate & Business Department. He will be based in the firm’s Washington, D.C., office.
Most recently, Grunes co-founded The Konkurrenz Group, where he advised small businesses, Fortune 500 firms, consumer advocacy groups and labor organizations on issues of competition law and policy.
Grunes’ practice will continue to focus on advising clients on mergers and acquisitions and representing clients before the federal and state antitrust agencies, regulatory bodies and Congress. Grunes has extensive experience in a range of industries, including media and entertainment, telecommunications and the high-tech sector.
“We are pleased that Allen is rejoining the team here at Brownstein,” said Greg Berger, chair of Brownstein’s Corporate & Business Department. “His antitrust expertise paired with his corporate transactional experience will serve as a great asset to a wide variety of our corporate clients.”
