Apple Uses Supreme Court Ruling to Strengthen Antitrust Case Against App Store Order
Apple is seeking to leverage a recent U.S. Supreme Court ruling to bolster its case in an ongoing legal battle with Epic Games, the developer of the popular game Fortnite. According to a filing made by Apple on Tuesday, the company believes that a June Supreme Court decision, which limits the power of federal judges to issue nationwide injunctions, strengthens its appeal in the case.
