Argentina: Bayer sows more seeds in South America

German chemical conglomerate Bayer announced plans for its unit Bayer CropScience to acquire Argentina-based soybean firm FNSemillas, according to a press release. The acquisition marks Bayer’s first entry into the nation’s market.
