El ENACOM, nuevo ente de las comunicaciones que preside Miguel de Godoy, aprobó ayer la compra de la mayoría accionaria de Telecom Argentina por parte de Fintech, y de Nextel por Cablevisión del grupo Clarín. Aunque todavía falta la autorización de la Comisión Nacional de Defensa de la Competencia (CNDC), el Gobierno está dando un trámite rápido a ambas operaciones que implicarán un cambio drástico en el escenario de las telecomunicaciones en el país.
