Australia: Steelmaker Arrium alleges product dumping from Asia, EU

Steelmaker and Iron ore miner Arrium has filed a complaint accusing various rivals from Asia and the EU of harming competition in Australia by dumping products in the country at below-market prices.

    Reports say the Anti-Dumping Commission of Australia has launched an investigation into claims that companies from Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Spain, Taiwan, Thailand and Turkey are undercutting competition by exporting steel products at unfairly low costs.
