Austrian and German antitrust authorities have approved of a deal for Semperit Investments Asia Pte Ltd to acquire Latexx Partners Bhd. Semperit had made a share agreement earlier last month to buy Low Bok Tek’s stake of 65.04 million shares in Latexx. The two companies specialize in latex and rubber products.
