Per a statement released by Axiom, the addition of Legora aims to streamline high-volume legal document review processes, delivering accelerated results while significantly reducing costs. The collaboration is intended to give in-house legal teams and corporate business units the ability to process and analyze vast volumes of legal documents—often numbering in the hundreds of thousands—in a matter of days instead of the weeks or months traditionally required.

The new offering combines Legora’s AI capabilities with Axiom’s network of experienced lawyers and allied legal professionals. According to a statement from Axiom, this integration will be valuable for labor-intensive legal tasks such as acquisition due diligence, post-merger integration, divestiture analysis, contract portfolio management, and the implementation of contract lifecycle management systems.

“Axiom’s partnership with Legora is a true game-changer for large-scale contract review,” said C.J. Saretto, Chief Technology Officer at Axiom. “Most in-house legal departments face an impossible choice with contract analysis: be thorough, be fast, or be cost-effective—pick any two. But Legora, paired with Axiom’s AI-trained legal talent, allows clients to have all three benefits. Our robust piloting gave us the confidence to scope the review of 200,000 contracts for nuanced change of control provisions for 75% less than the cost of traditional methods and delivered in weeks vs. months.”

According to a statement from the company, the deployment of Legora highlights Axiom’s broader strategy to evaluate and invest in practical AI tools that enhance legal service delivery without sacrificing quality or compliance. The Tech+Talent portfolio, of which Legora is now a central component, is designed to cut through the industry’s growing AI hype by offering pre-vetted technology alongside legal professionals already trained to use it effectively.

Axiom also emphasized that clients can expect full transparency in pricing, with clear visibility into the time and cost savings provided by AI—technology fees included. This approach, per a statement by the company, ensures that clients receive maximum value from their legal budgets.
