Bausch + Lomb gets early termination of HSR waiting period for ISTA acquisition

Bausch + Lomb has received early termination of the Hart-Scott-Rodino waiting period for its pending acquisition of ISTA Pharmaceuticals. California-based ISTA is the third-largest branded prescription eye care business in the United States. Bausch + Lomb is headquarted in New York; its core businesses center around contact lenses and other ophthalmic products.
