Quinn Emanuel has launched its tenth non-US office in Brussels, reports say, with the announcement that it has established a competition practice in the nation.
Managing partner John Quinn announced the new location that will be headed by EU competition practice chief Nadine Herrmann.
”Opening the office in Brussels demonstrates our commitment to our European Competition Practice,” Herrmann said.
According to reports, Quinn Emanuel did not have a location outside the US until 2007. Since, the firm has launched new offices in Hong Kong, Australia and throughout Germany.
”In today’s world, antitrust issues are global,” managing partner John Quinn said in a statement, adding that opening an office in Brussels was crucial as the city serves as the EU’s antitrust epicenter.
