
David Lehn has joined the Boies Schiller Flexner LLP team as a partner in Washington and brings with him nearly two decades of experience specializing in environmental, constitutional, antitrust, and appellate issues. Lehn is recognized for his significant service in the Office of Legal Counsel at the DOJ and also for his clerkship with Judge Douglas H. Ginsburg on the US Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.
