Brasil: Fusión Monsanto-Bayer declarada “Compleja”; regulador solicita nuevos estudios
El Consejo Administrativo de Defensa Económica (CADE) de Brasil ha declarado que la fusión global entre las empresas agroquímicas Bayer y Monsanto debe considerarse como “compleja”, por lo que determinó necesario llevar a cabo nuevos estudios respecto al posible impacto de la operación sobre la competencia, según anunció la oficina de la Superintendencia General del organismo.
