La comercializadora Glencore ha entablado negociaciones para adquirir la empresa de distribución de combustibles brasileña Alesat Cubustíveis SA.
La distribuidora ha sido una propiedad altamente codiciada, recibiendo ofertas por parte de Ultrapar Participações, así como Vitol SA y la empresa francesa Total. La oferta de Ultrapar fue rechazada el año pasado por CADE.
Glencore se ha rehusado a dar comentarios al respecto.
