Brasil/México: CADE aprueba compra de unidad brasileña de Global Payments por parte de Inbursa
La autoridad de competencia de Brasil, el Consejo Administrativo de Defensa Económica (CADE) aprobó que el banco mexicano Inbursa, propiedad del magnate Carlos Slim, adquiera una participación del 33% en la unidad brasileña de la compañía de tecnología de pagos electrónicos Global Payments Inc., permitiendo a Inbursa procesar transacciones de tarjetas en éste país.
