Brasil: Venta de unidad de HSBC por $5,200 millones requiere mayor escrutinio – CADE
La operación de venta de la unidad brasileña del gigante bancario HSBC Holdings Plc a su similar brasileño Banco Bradesco requerirá una investigación a fondo por parte de las autoridades de competencia, que han intensificado su análisis a dicha transacción, valuada en $5,200 millones de dólares. El regulador de competencia, CADE, ha ordenado a su departamento de economía redoblar esfuerzos al respecto, informó la agencia.
