Brazil: CADE approves Gol takeover of Webjet

Gol Linhas Aereas Inteligentes, Brazil’s second-biggest airline, was given the green light by the competition regulator on Wednesday, to takeover rival Webjet on the condition that the combined company meet performance standards.
