Brazil: CADE clears Natura’s The Body Shop purchase

    In June, The Body Shop’s owner, L’Oreal, announced it was in negotiations with Natura concerning the sale of the chain and on June 26 the two companies signed a deal.

    The deal was struck for US$1.17 billion and is still waiting for US approval.
