Brazil: CADE unbothered by $204M IT buyout

Brazil antitrust watchdog CADE has reportedly offered its unconditional approval for Chilean systems integrator Synapsis to be acquired by Brazilian IT services Tivit.

    The merger, said to be worth about $204 million, was first announced earlier this month. Reports say the deal marks Tivit’s first buyout as it eyes markets outside Brazil.
