Bulgaria: Energo-Pro plans to buy hydropower company Energia Holding

Energo-Pro, a private power distributer, has applied for anti-trust clearance to the Commission for Protection of Competition, in order to acquire full stake in hydropower producer Energia Holding. The deal is expected to impact the domestic wholesale market for electricity production and distribution, the watchdog said in a statement on Friday.
