CCI approves Sasan Power Infrastructure-Reliance Power Ltd. merger

The Competition Commission of India has approved the merger of Sasan Power Infrastructure Ltd. with its parent firm Reliance Power Ltd. Reliance develops and operates power generation projects, including the coal mines for the projects.
