CCI investigating real estate developer cases similar to DLF, says senior official
A.K. Chauhan, the Director-General of the Competition Commission of India, has informed reporters that the competition watchdog is scrutinizing cases against real estate developers alleging abuse of a dominant position. According to Chauhan, the cases are similar to the DLF case currently before the Competition Appellate Tribunal.
