Allen & Overy announced Tuesday that it has promoted one of its antitrust lawyers to counsel in efforts to boost its competition practice in China.
Reports say Charles Pommiès has been promoted to counsel at the firm’s global antitrust group. While the promotion will strengthen the firm’s operations throughout Asia, Allen & Overy says the move will be particularly beneficial as demand in antitrust-related matters within China increases.
Pommiès will serve as counsel to support the firm’s China antitrust team as well as its team representing clients throughout the Asia Pacific region.
