China: Chi Mei Electronics settles with Circuit City over LCD price-fixing

LCD price-fixing suits continue to make the headlines as the trust for bankrupt Circuit City settled with Chi Mei Electronics over a multidistrict litigation surrounding the matter. While Circuit City is perusing other suits against the electronics company, an agreement was only made with this suit under undisclosed terms, though the suit was filed for a damage claim of more than $10 million.
