Chinese online game developer Perfect World on Sunday said it has entered into an agreement and plan of merger with Perfect Peony Holding an exempted company with limited liability incorporated under the laws of the Cayman Islands and beneficially owned by Michael Yufeng Chi, the company’s founder and chairman of the board, and Perfect World Merger, a wholly owned subsidiary of Parent.
