Private equity firm Blackstone will acquire Pactera Technology International, a China-based global consulting and technology services provider, according to the Chinese company.
Complete financial details of the deal were not disclosed, but the final agreement was made for $7.30 per American depositary share.
According to a press release, the merger remains subject to regulatory approval as well as the clearance of shareholders.
