La Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio de Colombia ha sancionado a las fundaciones FUNDESOL y MULTIACTIVA, por un monto de más de $2,500 millones de pesos colombianos (US$850,000) por los delitos de cartelización o colusión empresarial en el proceso de contratación pública para proveer de alimentación a adultos mayores en la ciudad de Cartagena. También se sancionó a los representantes legales de ambas fundaciones. No se reportaron conductas a sancionar entre funcionarios públicos relacionados con el proceso de adjudicación.
