Competition Bureau issues draft Enforcement Guidelines on the Abuse of Dominance Provisions
The Competition Bureau has issued revised draft Enforcement Guidelines on the Abuse of Dominance Provisions (Sections 78 and 79 of the Competition Act). The Guidelines were last published in 2001; a 2009 draft of revisions had been issued, but the Bureau subsequently decided that further consultation was needed. The Bureau now seeks comment on the draft guidelines.
