Competition Tribunal upholds Engen and Shell price-fixing fines

The Competition Tribunal has upheld the price-fixing settlement reached by the Competition Commission, Engen, and Shell. For their roles in fixing the price of bitumen, Engen was fined R28.8m, and Shell South Africa, R26.259m.
