The Competition Tribunal has announced that it will hear the merger between Super Group Dealerships and Auto Lux and Motorview. The Competition Commission had recommended that the merger be approved without conditions.
The deal calls for Super Group Dealerships to acquire Auto Lux and Motorview. Super Group Dealerships sells new, pre-owned and demonstration cars and car parts in Gauteng and the North-West Province. Auto Lux and Motorview provide the same products and services, but in Boksburg and Bedfordview.
