Gazprom’s appeal of the Federal Antimonopoly Service’s resolution will be heard by a commercial court on January 26. The Russian antitrust watchdog had found in April 2010 that Gazprom’s actions during an open bidding for exchange-traded bonds placement procedure violated competition law.
