Court prohibits Turk Telekom from participating in retail market

Turkish industry association Telkoder has announced that the nation’s top administrative court has upheld an antitrust board ruling that Turk Telekom cannot market both retail and wholesale Internet services.  in addition to wholesale, upholding an earlier verdict by the country’s antitrust board. Turkey’s telecommunications regulator had previously allowed Turk Telekom to participate in the retail market.
