Court reduces DSV’s 23.6 million euro fine on appeal

DSV Air & Sea Inc. has had its 23.6 million euro fine reduced by an appeals court. Saima Avandero, a subsidiary of the global transport and logistics company, was fined for antitrust violations in connection with the provision of road services from 2002 to 2007. The court reduced the fine by 3.9 million, bringing the fine to a new total of 19.7 million.
