Croatia: CCA issues first violation since competition law overhaul

The Croatian Competition Agency has issued its first enforcement of anticompetitive laws since its policy overhaul two years ago with the Croatian Competition Act. The CCA, before the reforms, had to make separate court filings to issue violations and fines. The CCA did not immediately enforce its newfound powers, however, and have only just administered its first violation to a price-fixing agreement between 17 bakeries in the nation.
