Czech Republic: Takeover of car headrest manufacturer leader means business in Asia
An undisclosed sum of money has bought-out the Czech Republic’s Nectec Automotive, a manufacturer of car headrests, by an interior auto parts manufacturer based in Germany. Grammer completed its acquisition of the company after authoritative approval. According to reports, the deal will also increase Grammer’s market presence in Asia as the acquisition comes with Nectec’s joint venture in China with Ningbo Jifeng, an automotive supplier.
